Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of northstead.info (the "Site") and the virtual assistant services provided by Northstead ("Northstead," "we," "us," or "our") to real estate agents and agencies in the United States (the "Services").
By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.
1. Who We Are
Northstead provides virtual assistant services tailored to real estate agents, including but not limited to listing management, transaction coordination, lead follow-up, CRM management, and general administrative support.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business/brokerage you represent. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Services Provided
The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of Services will be outlined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or order form ("Service Agreement") between Northstead and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will govern for that engagement.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging Northstead, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and access needed to perform the Services (e.g., MLS credentials, CRM access, listing details)
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable real estate laws, MLS rules, and fair housing regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials shared with Northstead staff
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or data
5. Fees & Payment
Fees for Services will be set out in your Service Agreement or invoice. Payment is due according to specified terms. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement.
6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Both parties agree to keep non-public client or transaction data confidential. Work product created specifically for a client as part of paid Services belongs to the client upon full payment.
